Solidarity with Ukraine
Many of you have been taking part in solidarity action for Ukraine with many other people across the UK and EU and further afield. Our Executive also agreed a £100 donation to help those having to flee Ukraine. The Labour Movement in this borough has a long tradition of solidarity in wars like this. In the 1930’s we raised funds for Basque refugee children who had escaped the Spanish Civil War and were living in Sutton.

2. Those who wish to host a Ukrainian refugee family can still register their interest here.
3. The Polish White Eagle Club in Balham is regularly taking supplies to Ukraine and their details are here.
