Labour is back on Sutton Council

On Thursday 5th May 2022 Labour  stood a full slate of 55 candidates across all the 20 electoral wards in the London Borough of Sutton.

Labour won 3 seats on the Council for the first time in 16 years. Our new Councillors will now stand up for those struggling with the cost of living under this Tory Government or who feel let down by the Lib Dems on Sutton Council.

Thank you for Electing Labour Councillors this time. Electing even more Labour Councillors would make a real difference to our community:

• Labour Councillors would be out and about listening to residents and working on their behalf to get their problems dealt with. If you elect us we can take action for you.

• Missed bin collections? We’ll chase Veolia about it.

• Fly tipping? We’ll report it and check that it gets cleared.

• Dangerously parked vehicles? We’ll make sure they’re dealt with

• Long waiting time for housing repairs? We’ll ask Sutton Housing Partnership or other social and private landlords why

• Parking problems? We’ll ask residents what works in their road, and listen to the answers
